Sweet pepper cream

Our sweet pepper spread is a concentration of flavor and tradition, made with 90.8% fresh peppers, carefully selected to ensure the sweetness and fragrance typical of Sicily. Extra virgin olive oil enhances the delicate flavor of the peppers, while fresh basil and parsley add an aromatic and enveloping touch. Balsamic vinegar of Modena provides a subtle acidity that perfectly balances the natural sweetness, enhanced by a pinch of sugar. The spread is complemented with salt, potato starch for the right consistency, and a natural acidity regulator (citric acid) to preserve its freshness and aroma. Ideal for spreading on crostini or enhancing pasta dishes and main courses, this spread brings an authentic Sicilian experience to the table.
